As we understand it from a source, Vaughn was apparently stopped at the checkpoint and interrogated, and reportedly, there was a passenger in his car as well.
It is unclear whether he's been formally charged, or where in the legal process the Wedding Crashers star finds himself now; multiple outlets have confirmed his arrest, though charges have been difficult to pin down officially.
If he is charged, this would be Vince Vaughn's first DUI offense.
